Gary Long, Senior Engineer      

Mr. Long received his Engineering degree from Texas A&M University in 1976 and is registered and licensed with the State of Texas to practice Engineering (#79139). Gary graduated in the top 15% of his class from Texas A&M. Mr. Long has many years of construction engineering design and building experience as the principal of a major construction company producing large commercial and residential projects.

His professional affiliations include being President of the Pineywoods Chapter of Texas Society of Professional Engineers, 1992-93 and a member of Alpha Pi Mu (Industrial Engineering Honor Society).

Tom Gleinser, Senior Designer

Mr. Gleinser has been designing and building commercial and residential projects since the early 70's. His expertise in practical, economical structural design has been rated second to none.

Tom has managed, supervised, or constructed over two million square feet of commercial projects and over 1000 homes. He has also produced complete designs for over 100 homes and over a million square feet of commercial projects. This experience is evident in his knowledge of labor-saving, efficient structural design. His I.C.B.O. certification as a building inspector and his knowledge of current International Building Codes is evident in his designs. His knowledge and expertise of building codes will translate into a faster permitting and inspection process.
